All animations/kits/tubes I create will be from either AI Generated, Personal Collection, permission granted from artist/designer, or CU items. They are not for sale or reproduction when purchased.

How do you accept payments? 
Paypal (a US-based payment processor)
  
Do you offer refunds?
Because of the nature of work I don’t, I’m sorry. However if I cancel the project myself due to some sort of emergency I will provide you with 100% refund.
Will I lose content on my blog when you install new design?
All of your contents and widgets will remain on your blog when I install new template. However, it is strongly recommended that you backup everything before installation.

How to order?
You can order from my blog using Contact Form, or E-mail (at the bottom), as well you can contact me over Facebook (left column), or purchase my products thru store (right column).

Can I use your design somewhere else?
No! You can use the design files only on the blog/website/store you purchased it for. If you have few blogs merged together - like designer blogs then you can use one design on all of them for one price, but you will have to pay for installation for each blog.

Can I remove your credit, website links from footer/sidebar?
No, by purchasing design from me you agree to put the link in footer/sidebar for as long as you’re using the design.

Can I change the codes of the theme?
You are most welcome to jump in and play with the code for any of templates. The catch is if you then break it you will also have to fix it, so keep a backup of your original template purchase in case you have any issues.

 Can I save/backup my template?
Yes, you can. All info can be found - HERE

How do I use your animations?
By purchasing an animation pack, you must have working knowledge of either Paint Shop
Pro or Photoshop. 

 Do you have any tutorials?
Yes, and you can find them at either the top of my blog (menu), or by clicking any of the links provided within the animation packages INSTRUCTION document.  

Do you do refunds?
There are no refunds for animation packages purchased. If you do however, find any fault with the file (being unable to open it - although checking your program settings helps), please let me know and I'll try to get it fixed and redelivered to you.

Do you sell animations anywhere else?
Yes. You can find more animations at the Barbara Jensen store. 

How do I purchase multiple packs?
Since I do not have a 'cart' option yet, you have to make note of all the animation packs you wish to purchase when sending your email to me. 
Once you click on the payment link, simply put in the total amount
for all the packs you chose.
